SHIPPING & DELIVERY

During HOLIDAY SEASON we will Ship orders out as soon as we receive them, by the next shipping day. We use USPS Priority and Express Mail Service, and will email you with any expected delays, but should have your items in stock. Thanks for choosing Celtic Art by Jen Delyth for your holiday gifts!

Please contact us if you do not receive your order, and we will track its delivery and reship order of it appears it was not correctly delivered to you, or if there are ANY problems with your order. For faster shipping or special instructions, please email us after you place the order.
 

RETURN POLICY
Please contact the store to receive authorization for any returned merchandise. Unless otherwise stated, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase for 15% restocking fee. Defective items, or wrongly shipped items will be reshipped or refunded in full, on request, within 14 days.
