SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We take pride in making sure ALL our products are stylishly packaged.
We are shipping most of your orders out within a few days of receiving them, during this busy holiday season. Although custom items may take a little longer, but we are focussed here in our studio on getting everything made and shipped as soon as we can. We will let you know if we anticipate any delays...

You will receive your automatic tracking with USPS on shipment, and should also receive our automatic receipt from any orders that you place.

Do not hesitate to contact us should you make any changes to your order, or shipping address, or any other information we may need to expediate your order:)

We are a small but dedicated STUDIO, and pride ourselves on creating quality products, and providing a positive and professional customer experience.

BUSINESS HOURS

Our regular business hours are: 9am - 6pm PST USA, Monday - Saturday
We have a dedicated answering machine that is secure, in our own studio if you need to leave a message, we will get back to you. 510 842 0773

Note: we will be closed December 23rd - December 28th, and December 31st - January 3rd.
Contact us if you have a special need during this time.

SHIPPING

We care about our customers, and enjoy shipping your orders off to you usually within 1 - 3 days
(and are shipping your orders out on the same or next day during busy Holiday Season).

ORDER emails

We will keep in touch with you about your order, and let you know if we anticipate any delays.
On placing your order, you will receive an automatic INVOICE.
On shipping your order, you will receive the SHIPPING TRACKING information.

(Please note that some customers have "spam" blocks on commercial emails, so if you do not receive our order emails, please check your "spam" or "junk" email folders first before contacting us. We are happy to help if you need further information.)

SECURE ONLINE PAYMENTS

Your Online Payments are securely processed through Authorize.net provided by North American Bankcard,
or PAYPAL.
We use SQUARE secure checkout at in-person retail events.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We are proud of our products, some of which are made in our own Celtic Art Studio. We choose to create MADE IN USA quality products whenever possible, and choose RECYCLED materials where we can.

We check each item before we ship it out, and care about you our supportive customers.

EXCHANGES

Although this does not happen very often! If you change your mind on receiving your order, and would like to return it, you are responsible for the shipping costs, and we shall exchange or refund your order. Please contact us first.
We are also happy to exchange any item for a different size. Some items may incur a 15% restocking fee, such as custom items, but let us know, and we'll do our best to help you.
We hope you understand that small businesses are not in same position as large operations like Amzn, so appreciate if you do not order several sizes for example to try them out, and then return.

RETURNS

If for any reason we ship the wrong item, or something is damaged in shipping, please contact us, and we will send you a return shipping label, reship out your order, and credit you when we receive the damaged merchandise.

SENDING GIFTS

We take pride in making sure ALL our products are stylishly packaged..
We can also provide simple or more elegant GIFT WRAPPING. Please include a short note to say who the GIFT IS FROM, as well as your gift message...

If your order is being shipped as a GIFT, please write in the CUSTOMER COMMENTS area at checkout, so we can send your INVOICE to you (at the BILLING address) and NOT ENCLOSE in the package. If we think this is a GIFT, we will not enclose the invoice.
Please also make note with gift message who the gift is from. We will not assume it is from the name on the billing invoice... and will leave that blank unless you request a "from ......"
