MOBILE FRIENDLY SITE UPDATE - April 24th 2020

We have UPDATED OUR SITE to now work with MOBILE DEVICES.

PREVIOUS VISITORS
Our old site may be CACHED ON YOUR DEVICE - not allowing new site to load properly.

  • slow site load - it should be fairly quick on our new fast server
  • new menus issue - new dropdown phone/tablet "hamburger" MENU (the 3 lines on top right of our page)
  • checkout page not showing correctly

1. REFRESH THE PAGE (click the small round open arrow in browser menu)

2.CLOSE OPEN TABS - WEB BROWSERS (Safari, Chrome, Firefox etc)
In Top Menu Bar of your Browser is a small icon with 2 overlapping squares. This shows all your OPEN BROWSER TABS. Closing them (click X or SWIPE away) helps your device RELOAD current page, and reduces bandwidth use on your device. Good practise to do anyway!

3. EMPTY BROWSER CACHE or REMOVE BROWSER HISTORY from your device.
Its good practice for your device to regularly EMPTY YOUR CACHE or REMOVE BROWSER HISTORY/DATA

  • DESKTOP:
    CHROME - From Main Chrome Menu Dropdown - Choose "Remove Browsing Data"
    SAFARI From Main Safari Menu Dropdown - Choose "Clear History and Website Data"
    FIREFOX From Main Firefox Menu Dropdown - Choose "History" - then "Clear Recent History
    OTHER BROWSERS From Check Preferences, or other Settings to Remove Cache, or Clear History.
  • TABLET:
    iPAD -Safari - Go to SETTINGS - Scroll down to Safari (your Browser) - Choose Safari - then choose "Clear History and Browsing Data " or "Clear Cache" - (sometimes at bottom of Safari Preferences List).
    OTHER - Find your BROWSER SETTINGS and choose an option that clears cache or browser history.
  • CELL PHONE:
    iPHONE -Safari - Go to SETTINGS - Scroll down to Safari (your Browser) - Choose Safari - then choose "Clear History and Browsing Data " or "Clear Cache" - (sometimes at bottom of Safari Preferences List).
    OTHER - Find your BROWSER SETTINGS and choose an option that clears cache or browser history.
