INVOICE / TRACKING
When you place an order on our site, you will see your invoice receipt page, and also receive an automatic email invoice receipt. When we have completed your order and processed it for shipping, you will be sent email notification. You will be sent an automatic email with USPS TRACKING# on shipment. (please check your SPAM or JUNK folder if you feel you have not received your order invoice, or shipping confirmation.)
SECURE ONLINE PAYMENTS
Your V/MC statements will read "Ninth Wave Publishing" - Celtic Art by Jen Delyth
Your Online Payments are securely processed through Authorize.net - and by Merchant One Solutions,
or PAYPAL.
We use SQUARE secure checkout at in-person retail events.
Any questions about your order, or about any charges made through our site or in person retail popup gallery, please contact us directly.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If there are any problems with your receiving your order (although this does not happen very often:), we will track its delivery and reship if it appears it was not correctly delivered to you, or if there is any error in our order processing. For faster shipping or special instructions, please email us after you place the order.

CHECKOUT ISSUES
If you have any issues with placing an order through our web site, phone your order into us (510) 842 0773 - (we can phone you back) - or send us an Email info , with your name and shipping address, and let us know what you'd like ... and we can send you a PAYPAL INVOICE and ship your item once paid (you do NOT need a paypal account to pay with your visa card with paypal).

STUDIO MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
We are well stocked with most items like Tshirts, Throws, Calendars, Cards, Journals, Books, Jewelry, Tapestries, Stained Glass, Stationary and will ship those out immediately.
Jen is busy in her studio every day, making your studio made to order items. During the holiday season, we will be working long hours... and will do everything we can to get your custom items made to ship for Holidays. (and let you know if any delays to not arrive in time... which we do not anticipate)
STUDIO MADE to order items may take a little longer - but usually within a week (see below items needing bit more time), but we are focussed here in our studio on getting everything made and shipped as soon as we can. We will let you know if we anticipate any delays...
We can make studio items such as BAGS, HOODIES, TOPS, PRINTS fairly quickly within a week or less.
We may need a little longer on MASKS, PHONE COVERS, LINEN WALL HANGINGS, ILLUMINATIONS, CANVAS GICLEES. Thanks!
